What does the pilot cost?+
My implementation work is free for the five pilot projects. The working solution will most likely require software costing about $30/month, paid directly by you; the exact amount may vary.
Can I share sensitive information?+
Do not put passwords, confidential records, regulated data, or customer information in the application. We will use sanitized examples and agree on a safe access plan before implementation.
Will I give you my passwords?+
No. You stay signed in on your own computer and share your screen during implementation. I will never ask you to send me a password.
What happens if something breaks?+
Launch defects are covered for 5 business days after the successful setup. This is a finite implementation—not ongoing maintenance or an unlimited support relationship.
What does “free pilot” mean?+
I am testing this service with five real workflows. You receive the full agreed implementation at no charge, not a teaser. In return, I need honest feedback and permission to learn from the engagement.
