You didn’t build a business to spend your life feeding it spreadsheets.

You know what would grow the business. Let’s get the repetitive work out of the way.

Think bigger than sorting your inbox.

What would you do with
all that time back?

Pick an area.
See what you could stop doing by hand.

01 / Sales research

Walk into every sales call ridiculously prepared.

  • Company research and buying signals
  • CRM history and useful context
  • Talking points ready before the call

You sell. The research happens in the background.

Start with a task like this

A real person. Doing the actual work.

I’m Kevin.
I want to build you something useful.

I’ve spent 20+ years building products and companies, and that work gave me financial independence. I’m here because I love the leverage AI gives good operators—and I want to put it to work on problems that matter.

Your workflow automation consultant—and the person doing the build. I figure out the approach, build it, test it, and show you how it works. Most of that can happen by email, without filling your calendar.

I’m based in Beavercreek, Ohio. I work online with clients anywhere, and I can also meet Greater Dayton businesses in person when it helps.

More about me and what I’ve built
One of my own builds? The system behind this offer.

I built this site’s intake, CRM, and customer portal. Here’s the workflow already running behind the scenes:

  1. 01 / You send a task. Your answers land in my CRM with the page you came from. You get a receipt; I get an alert.
  2. 02 / I review it. I reply from the CRM and decide whether to move it into a project. Your answers carry over.
  3. 03 / We build it. A private portal keeps your walkthrough link, agreed scope, approvals, and handoff in one place.

The system handles the handoffs. I make the decisions and do the build.

The first build is on me.

Make me prove it.
On your actual work.

  1. 01

    Give me the time sink.

Tell me what you do by hand. We choose one task.

  2. 02

I build it. You try it.

I set it up, test it, and hand you a working automation.

  3. 03

    Keep it—or keep going.

Stop at $0, or hire me to automate the next task.

Let’s kill my biggest time sink

$0 build fee for the agreed first task. Any software or AI usage costs are agreed upfront.

Your first build$0No obligation to buy more.

Fair questions.

Yes, the first build
really is free.

You’ll actually build the first automation for free?

Yes. We agree on one task, I build it, and you keep it. My build fee is $0. Any software or AI usage costs are separate and agreed upfront.

What’s the catch?

I want to earn the next project. Love the result? Hire me for more. Happy stopping there? Keep your automation. No card, subscription to my services, or obligation to continue.

Can we go much bigger than one task?

That’s the point. Start with one time sink, then tackle sales, marketing, reporting, and operations. We go after the work with the biggest payoff.

Will I need to learn a bunch of AI tools?

I handle the build and show you how to use it, in your existing tools wherever possible. You own the accounts. Most of the back-and-forth can happen by email.

Can everything run without me?

A lot of routine work can. You decide where approval belongs, especially for pricing, spending, publishing, and customer promises.

Your first automation starts here.

What do you never want to do manually again?

One task. Built for you. Free.

A few sentences are enough. I’ll reply personally within two business days.

You keep the automation.
You choose whether we do more.

Just describe the task—no passwords or private customer records. Privacy. Prefer email? kevin@kevinautomates.com
